Merlin is also a cat in real time. That means that he does everything that a normal cat would do. He sleeps for about sixteen hours each day. When he is awake he likes to eat as much as his belly will hold. Then there’s the grooming ….

You will encounter him exercising each morning, a yoga aficianado, he has a unique routine and his favourite postures are “the tortoise” and “the prancing tiger.” He is an avid television watcher, and his preferred serial is New Style Hoodlums. Padrone is the main character, a fifty something, portly and mean minded gangster, with a New Yawk drawl. His Mistress (Missy) seems to think that Merlin and Padrone are closely related, especially at meal times.

They live together in a cottage on a ten thousand acre country estate, and Merlin is a housecat (well, that’s what Missy reckons). Occasionally, she takes him for a walk and they explore the woodland together. He likes to leap onto her shoulders and she takes the strain, he is a “prince among cats” and must take care of his precious paws.  

You are invited to join Merlin on his quest, where you will meet The Guardian, Marius, The Librarian, Ahmed, Sekhmet, and many others who may help or hinder his progress. Later, Merlin will choose a real time Seeker to help him with a very special assignment. Perhaps he will favour you?
